What is the CTMA International Monitor Course and what is its purpose?

The CTMA International Monitor Course trains strategic leaders to become official extensions of CTMA in their own regions. Its purpose is to train multipliers of our International Chaplaincy and Christian Civil Diplomacy teaching, allowing you to organize and apply our courses (in a hybrid format: online and in person) in your community. You will be the bridge between CTMA and new Chaplains and Diplomats in your area.

Yes, the International Monitor course is an opportunity for ministerial entrepreneurship. You will be able to monetize your work by forming and managing classes in your region. CTMA establishes a partnership model where part of the registration fee for students trained by you will be your remuneration, making the course a way to support and invest in your ministry.

It is highly recommended that you already have an established leadership and good relationships in your community or church. Previous experience in teaching or group coordination is a plus, but the course will provide you with all the pedagogical and administrative tools you need to be successful.
