How the Christian Chaplaincy was Born

CTMA Christian Chaplaincy arose from a spiritual vision granted by God to its founder, Pastor Nobre.

In this vision, God showed a large tree, tall, strong, and robust, whose roots extended through all the continents of the Earth. These roots crossed the subsoil of the nations and even passed under the oceans, connecting all continents by the same root.

This tree represented chaplaincy: a spiritual work destined to integrate people — men and women filled with the Holy Spirit — committed to the purpose of the Kingdom of God.

After the creation of CTMA, God also revealed to the founder that the chaplaincy did not belong to him, but to the living God himself. Men on Earth only care for and manage what God has established, including the founder himself.

Thus CTMA Christian Chaplaincy was born, so that people who carry the purpose of the Kingdom of God can connect in a global network of chaplains, united by the same calling and commitment to the work of God.

This vision revealed a globally connected spiritual work, indicating that the purpose of CTMA Christian Chaplaincy would not be limited to a specific territory, but would have international reach, forming people vocated to serve with compassion, wisdom, and spiritual responsibility.

From its origin, CTMA Christian Chaplaincy was established as a project dedicated to the Kingdom of God, recognizing that the work belongs to God himself and that men on Earth are called to care for, manage, and develop what He establishes.

The vision behind CTMA Christian Chaplaincy
The vision of CTMA Christian Chaplaincy is linked to the understanding that God continues to raise up men and women to serve people outside traditional church environments, bringing spiritual care to places where there is often suffering, loneliness, emotional crisis, or need for spiritual guidance.

CTMA Christian Chaplaincy believes that the chaplaincy ministry is a practical extension of Christ’s love, manifested through presence, listening, prayer, and spiritual counseling.

Through the training of chaplains, the institution seeks to mobilize people committed to the Gospel to serve society with compassion, respect, and responsibility.
