What is the CTMA International Monitor Course and what is its purpose?
The CTMA International Monitor Course trains strategic leaders to become official extensions of CTMA in their own regions. Its purpose is to train multipliers of our International Chaplaincy and Christian Civil Diplomacy teaching, allowing you to organize and apply our courses (in a hybrid format: online and in person) in your community. You will be the bridge between CTMA and new Chaplains and Diplomats in your area.
What is the role and responsibilities of an International Monitor?
As an International Monitor, you will be responsible for:
- Form and manage classes of students in your region.
- Apply the in-person part of the International Chaplaincy and Christian Civil Diplomacy courses, following the CTMA methodology and material.
- Facilitate the online part of the courses for your students, ensuring access and monitoring of the content.
- Represent CTMA with excellence, maintaining the quality standard and vision of our organization.
- Be a point of contact and support for students in your location.
How can the International Monitor monetize and be remunerated?
